It’s finally here!

The time of year everyone waits for to recreate their lives and step up to the plate.

Our Breakthrough tip for the 2009 start is to never look back. Constantly reframe your mind to act and think in the present and always moving forward. The minute you look back at 2008, you will question the goals you didn’t accomplish and it will discourage you from moving forward.

What you do today is what counts. Not what you did yesterday.

So let’s make it a fantastic year together and create amazing results.

For those who are local in the Long Island area, we have a way for you to truly receive an accurate measurement of your metabolism. For those outside of our area, seek out a professional to perform the test we have below in our video.

NO MORE GUESSWORK!

NO MORE FRUSTRATION!

NO MORE ESTIMATIONS!

NO MORE WASTED INVESTMENTS

If you truly want to succeed watch the video below of Coach Rahz performing the metabolic fingerprint test. It’s a measurement that everyone should have taken once a month going forward in 2009 (unless you want to keep guessing)

Dedicated to your results,

BEER can Add Muscle and Help you Burn Fat Fast

Posted in Nutrition, Tips and Strategies on December 9th, 2008 by RahzS

The Breakthrough Truth about Beer

No Beer does not build muscle or burn Fat, but it does make you have a very attractive round stomach.

Beer is the world’s oldest and most widely consumed alcoholic beverage and the third most popular drink overall after water and tea. It is produced by the brewing and fermentation of starches, mainly derived from cereals—the most common of which is malted barley, although wheat, corn, and rice are also widely used. Most beer is flavored with hops, which add bitterness and act as a natural preservative, though other flavorings such as herbs or fruit may occasionally be included. Alcoholic beverages distilled after fermentation or fermented from non-starch sources such as grape juice (wine) or honey (mead) are not classified as beer.

The Truth about Beer…..Beer equals extra calories and extra calories equal unwanted Pounds. There is a reason they call it a beer gut. Beer is loaded not only with calories, but with sugars that transfer into empty calories and carbs that hang onto a spare tire like rubber cement. Beer drinkers, as in chronic beer drinkers, are liable to notice a difference within the first few months of drinking, and of course more so with age. Calories in beer are the hard to burn kind, the ones that like to stick with you for the ride, if possible.

The average beer is between 140 to 180 calories per 12 oz serving. Now we know most men don’t just drink one and say, ” That all for Me.” Many men will have 4-8 beers each time they partake in a drinking session. This could add anywhere from 560 to 1120 calories to a mans daily caloric intake. Now we know how to achieve that sexy beer belly, Drink 4 beers per day and you’ll achieve your goal in no time flat. Women average between 2-4 beers per session.

Don’t believe the Lite beer marketing BS. The BEER Hustlers are smart, and they’ll take one ingredient out to add another which isn’t any better for your health. You may be drinking a few less calories per beer, but putting worst stuff in your body as  result to you trying to cut calories from your habit.

I’m not saying stop drinking beer all together, but just understand why you’re growing a belly and no it’s not because you’re Big Boned. Drinking your calories is the worst way to consume you daily nutrients, and the fastest way to gain unwanted fat…

Here’s my recommendation, get serious about your 2009 health and fitness goals and make the commitment to change your ways today…

If I offended someone it’s probably because you’re reading this drunk. Stop drinking and start getting healthy…

As always Bwell because you deserve to be fit…
