As we are driving into Connecticut for a private mastermind seminar I wanted to make sure you had this new science of fat loss (if I didn’t have an iPad, I wouldn’t have been able to send this to you).
You see the fitness industry has it backwards and continues to feed you misinformation on fat loss. We went from doing aerobic training for fat loss to extreme puke or die interval training. We also heard eat less, workout more or even to stop eating carbs.
This is outrageous and why we had to create the Meta Burn Fat Loss System. If you truly want to lose fat and look sexy in half the time it takes most people, listen up and take action on what I say below:
The Meta Burn Fat Loss System is broken down into 3 phases that must happen everyday:
Ignite
Excite
Liquefy
I will be explaining the last two later this week, so lets focus on IGNITE!
This is the most important component to fat loss. This starts it all off. Here are the 3 keys areas I want you to focus on tomorrow in order to properly ignite your body
1. With your mental clarity and stress, upon waking you must must must take the time to relax. I know it sounds silly to relax after sleeping, but this gives your body a chance to ignite itself and set it up for the days stresses. If you hope out of bed in a frenzy and scurry late to work or getting the kids on the bus, you throw your body through a physiological loop that creates free radicals that start attacking your body. Cortisol pumps and you set your day up to be very hard to combat fat. So start taking an extra 10 minutes a day to do some walking, stretching, or even reading.
2. Nutrition is key and you have to always start your day off with Breakfast in order to properly ignite for the day. Drop the excuses of I can’t eat breakfast or I don’t have time to make a healthy one. If you don’t well science tells us your body will start breaking down muscle tissue (become catabolic) which is the main reason why our metabolism slows. Here is a great shake I use throughout the week that keeps me revved up. 1 Scoop Prograde Whey Protein, 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, and 1 teaspoon organic raw honey.
3. Before starting a workout, in order to properly ignite your body’s metabolism, a dynamic warmup and what we call Meta Conditioning must happen first. In simple terms using calisthenics mixed with dynamic stretches in a circuit series will ignite the burn in your body necessary to lose fat. You should be breathing heavy after this, but you will be strong to life heavier weights since your CNS (central nervous system) is now fired up. Here is an example of what that looks like: Jogging Butt Kicks, Jumping Jacks, Leg Swings, Mountain Climbers, Chest Swings, Body Weight Squats, Windmills (do each one for 30 seconds with no rest between) If you have no clue what I am talking about, that’s ok because you can always come down to one of our Meta Burn classes to watch or participate in this Ignite Phase.
So there you have it. It’s a simple step by step process and all I want you to do is take action on the 3 areas above. I wanted to spare all the studies and research behind fat loss, because it’s all a part of our Meta Burn Fat Loss System.
